All deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund schedule for customer cancellations:

• More than 14 days before hire: Any payments made in excess of the non‑refundable deposit will be refunded.

• 14 days or less before hire: No refund will be available.
